Your image is your brand, period.
Your website tells others that your service is great, your company is great, everything is great.
BUT... what does the photo of you say?
How many of you do a great job of your whole website, but when we click on the Bio or About Me page we see a cheap, amateurish snapshot of you that says NOTHING?
The message to me, the consumer, is that you do cut corners. And if your going to cut corners on the image of you (the person who represents your company) what other corners will you cut?
When we look at a picture of you on your website, it should exude the same values as the rest of your message. We should want to do business with that person because when we look at their picture the message is clear...
I'm good at what I do
I'm fun to work with.
I am a professional.
We won't linger on your photo for very long, but if those elements are in place, we will linger a little bit longer and have a better all around feeling about your business.
